When I first logged the issue, I had about 10 hours, and I've now clocked 48 hours, but the whole way through there was this issue. But this only applies to rooms that have a commando either inside them or peeking into them. Soldiers in the one respond to alarms in the other, etc. Yeah I've noticed if I have one commando in one room, and another commando in the second, then both rooms work perfectly. Game state stops updating in the submarine room for player 1 when green beret leaves it, while it does continue updating for player 2 who stays in the room with the spy, which results in an inconsistent state once player 1 returns to the room. Maybe this is the explanation for the issue I described. They stop what they are doing when you exit the room. Originally posted by Bassman:Also, as mentioned before, soldiers inside a room are only active when you are in the room, or peeking into it. I don't know if this behavior was always present in Commandos 2 or if it was introduced with the latest patches, but we would appreciate, if you could look into this issue.

the green beret leaves and re-enters the submarine room, we lose that consistency again. After that the game state is consistent again. To get back in sync, we would make a quicksave, quit the game, copy the save game from 1 computer to the other (overwriting the save game there) and then restart the game from that save. The spy would go in first, and when the green beret joined, the enemy soldiers were not in sync. The first time we noticed was in the third mission in the room with the submarines. It seemed to us, that the reason for this is, that soldiers outside of view (or outside of the room your currently selected character is in) are not "calculated" anymore. As you can imagine, this creates lots of issues when trying to clear out enemies cooperatively. the same AI soldier is not at the same position, which results in situations like alarm being raised on 1 computer, while on the other one there is no alarm. By out of sync I mean that the game plays out differently on our individual computers, e.g. I'm currently doing a co-op play-through of Commandos 2, and we noticed the game gets out of sync very easily. Also, when it does run, the menu is in a different resolution to the game, so there's a delay transitioning to the pause menu.Īlso, as mentioned before, soldiers inside a room are only active when you are in the room, or peeking into it. It runs now and then, after repeatedly trying to run it, but over the last few days, I can't get in at all.

I also get the comm2.exe has stopped working error when I launch. We are doing our absolute best to fix the problems with the games. Please also explain the problem you are experiencing with the game in as much detail as possible.

#Crack commandos 2 no cd 64 Bit
However, this hasn't helped us unfortunately as some of our test machines are running Windows 10 64 bit and we are not seeing the same problems. Many of the comments I have read state that the game simply does not run on a particular Operating System - typically Windows 10 64 bit. We have heard you on the previous thread and are working towards solutions. We are working on resolving as many problems as possible with the recent patches. If you are running into problems with a particular version of Commandos, please post it in its own thread, this will help us coordinate our efforts in searching for solutions. I will open this thread across all of the Commandos community hubs. Please note: We are adding multiplayer back, I will follow up with announcements explaining this. Thank you for all the comments and feedback.
